Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt. Immediate payment is required to avoid any disruption of services.

2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact Transfer, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

3. Currency: All amounts are listed and payable in Canadian Dollars (CDN).

4. Late Payments: Late payment charges will apply. We do not accommodate 30-60 day overdue accounts. Services and accounts will be suspended and, if necessary, cancelled in the event of late payment.

5. Disputed Charges: Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 10 business days of receiving the invoice. Please direct all correspondence regarding disputes or payment arrangements to: marketing@blinkdigital.org.

6. Service Delivery: Services will be delivered as outlined in the agreed-upon contract. Additional services will be subject to extra charges.

7. Tax: All invoices will include GST at the rate of 5%, in accordance with Alberta tax regulations.

8. Refunds: No refunds will be issued unless the project has not commenced.

9. Confidentiality: All project-related information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without prior written consent.
